NORTHERN BEACHES VIRTUAL OFFICE ASSISTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRE PAID PACKAGESuntitled-1

  1. One off purchases of hourly packages are pre-paid and require up-front payment prior to work commencing
  2. Invoices will be issued electronically and payment can be made by Direct Debit
  3. No information will be made available to any third party, unless written permission is granted by the client
  4. Confidentiality is guaranteed at all times
  5. Northern Beaches Virtual Office Assistant will provide a weekly report via email of how many hours are remaining.

    RETAINER CLIENTS

  6. For clients with ongoing monthly retainer packages, invoices will be generated on the 1st of the month and payment is required within 7 days
  7. Payment terms are strictly 7 days. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in a $20 penalty charge for every 7 days that payment is not made
  8. Unused hours will not carry over to the next month

    PROJECT WORK PAYMENT TERMS

  9. An upfront deposit of 50% of the estimated project quoted will be required before work commences. The remaining 50% is required within 7 days of the project being completed

    CHARGES AND PAYMENT

  10. Written quotations will be provided prior to any work commencing
  11. All quoted estimates are provided to the best of NBVOA’s ability after review of Client’s written project request
  12. If the clients original requirements change, NBVOA reserves the right to change the original quotation following consultation with the client
  13. All quoted rates will be honoured for a period of 30 days. After 30 days rates are subject to change
  14. All invoices must be paid in full before completed work is sent to the client
  15. Telephone, travel expenses, royalty free stock photography/videos and other expenses will be charged separately to hourly rate or package cost where incurred. Clients will be notified and written approval obtained before any such costs are incurred
  16. All charges will be reviewed on 1st July each year and clients will be notified of any new charges in writing
  17. All work will be kept on file until the end of the tax year in which the work was completed. After this time, work will be deleted unless specifically instructed
  18. By accepting these Terms of Business, you give informed consent to enable us to communicate with you on confidential matters by email and Skype, unless you have asked us not to do so
